It's easy to get to The ArtsCafe!- in Manor Park SE13 5QZ (nearest postcode)
( not Manor House gardens with the pond ! ) Please see map aside. TRAIN - The Manor park is 3 minutes walk from Hither Green Station, the easiest if you're coming any distance. (Regular trains from Charing Cross, Waterloo East/Southwark and London Bridge USUALLY, sometimes weekend repair work can effect this) When you get off at Hither Green, go down the slope and turn right into a parade of shops ( StapleHurst Rd ), turn left into Leahurst Road, then right into Longhurst Road - there is an entrance to the park between no's 4 and 6 on the left ~ metal gate directs you to a small bridge inside) Buses- 321 (from New Cross Gate), 122, 178, 261 get off at Manor Park street (stop Q) - go down Manor Park (street) and turn right into the park (2 mins) where you see blue railings with a green flag inside the green. DLR/Train - Lewisham - a ten minute walk down Lee High Road (or get one of the buses above) turn right down Manor Park (street) the park is on the right. If walking you can also get into the park from an entrance at the end of Dermody Road or Weardale Road. The nearest address is Manor Park (also road name), London SE13 5QZ, UK |
